Secondary structure: fairings, doors, panels, nacelle cowls, flight control surfaces (skins/spars/ribs), interior floor structure, seat rails/monuments attachments.

Standards & Programs: OEM SRM, MPD (Structures tasks), CPCP, SSI (Significant Structural Items), WFD (Widespread Fatigue Damage), ALS Part 2/Part 4, EZAP for structure-adjacent EWIS, SFAR 88/FTS for fuel tank structure.

Visual Inspections: GVI/DVI/SDI with access optimization (borescopes, mirrors, lighting, magnification).

NDT Suite: Ultrasonic (UT A-scan/C-scan/Phased Array), Eddy Current (EC/ET, pencil-probe, sliding probes), Radiography (RT), Dye/Liquid Penetrant (PT), Magnetic Particle (MT), Thermography, Shearography, Tap test (bonded structures).

Dimensional Control: laser tracker/photogrammetry; jig/fixture checking; wing/fuselage contour verification; control surface deflection checks.

Corrosion Detection & Mapping: blended scarf limits; pitting vs. exfoliation vs. intergranular; rework depth tracking and life impact (DT/DTF).

Fatigue & Crack Propagation: threshold/interval logic from MPD/ALS; stop‑drill assessment; crack growth modeling for permissible deferral vs. immediate repair.

Damage Recording: exact location (STA/BL/WL), frame/stringer/rib/spar references; size/shape; orientation; material/thickness; fastener pattern; photo evidence.

Allowable Damage: compare against SRM limits (dents, scratches, corrosion loss, cracks, delamination, disbond); cumulative limits and multi-site damage considerations.

Repair Design: SRM standard repairs (external doubler, flush patch, strap, chord splice) vs. engineering-approved deviations (EO/DER/DOA).

Fasteners & Materials: solid rivets, Hi-Loks, blind fasteners; alloy selection (2xxx/7xxx Al, Ti, steel); surface preps (alodine/primer), sealants (polysulfide), adhesives (film/paste).

Composite Structures: scarf/step repair, core replacement (honeycomb/foam), prepreg or wet-layup, hot‑bond/vacuum‑bag cure; cure schedule documentation and thermocouple placement.

Corrosion Treatment: removal, neutralization, anodize/Alodine where allowed, primer topcoat; CPC application and drainage hole checks.

Flight Controls: aileron/elevator/rudder/flap/slat/spoiler structural inspections; hinge fittings, actuators lugs, PCUs, balance weights; rigging range/deflection checks.

Doors & Windows: passenger/cargo/service door structure, frames, seals and pressure integrity; escape slide door structure; windshield window posts and bonding integrity.

Landing Gear Interfaces: trunnions, side‑stays/drag‑braces, attach fittings/bushings; shock strut support; downlock fittings and actuator attach points.

Wing/Fuselage/Empennage: skin panels, doublers, frames/stringers/spars/ribs; pylon primary structure (front/rear spars, diaphragm); nacelle/cowl structure (inlet lipskins, fan cowl, TR structure).

Interior Floor & Monuments: seat rails, crossbeams, floor panels, monument attach points; cabin floor corrosion and moisture barrier management.

Lightning Strike & HIRF: bonding/grounding checks, diverter strips, conductive paths continuity; post-strike inspection protocol and composite repair considerations.

Access & Preparation: fuel de-puddle, gas-free certification, purging, LEL monitoring, confined-space controls.

Sealants: removal and re-seal procedures; fillet and fay sealing; cure validations; leak-path elimination.

Fittings & Structure: stringers, ribs, spars in tank; fastener encapsulation; electrical bond checks; plumbing supports and chafe protection.

Leak Checks: pressure decay or vacuum retention where applicable; blue-dye methods; post-close functional checks.

Strip & Prep: approved chemical/mechanical stripping; masking for composites; thickness control (DFT gauges).

Primers/Topcoats: OEM-approved systems; anti-corrosion primers; conductive coatings on composites where required.
